 Lunch today was Chinese Rice and Vegetables from Plantifully Lean, p. 85.  This was OK as is, but if we add some cashews to it, some red pepper flakes, some ginger, and some sesame seed oil (just a drop or two), it tasted much better and had more flavor.  Next time, I would cut up the veggies more and have more of them.  There was too much rice and not enough veggies.  More onions and mushrooms would be good too.  Rating with changes:  4 out of 5.
