Lunch today was Philly “Cheesesteak” Spuds from Plantifully Lean, p. 103.  This one took a while to make.  I like all of the ingredients, but this was only OK at best.  It tasted OK.  It just seemed a little off somehow.  I could eat it, but I didn't like it much.  Rating:  3 out of 5.  It isn't something I would want to eat.
