Lunch/Dinner today was Tgif Pizza from plantyou, p. 192.  This was kind of weird, but most of that was due to the way we cooked things.  I think it could be improved by using an actual pizza dough next time (We used Brenda's Bread, and it came out like a cracker; very thin and crunchy).  Also, it would be better (and probably healthier) to put the tomatoes on after the pizza comes out of the oven.  There was too much sauce, too.  There was kind of an ocean of sauce.  I'm not sure if it was because the tomatoes were still liquid or because there was just too much sauce, but we need to cut it back.  It needed more fake cheese, too.  There was barely any.  Overall, this was a 3 out of 5, but with work, I think it could be a 5 out of 5.
