Creamy Mushroom Pasta from plantyou, p. 138

 Tonight for dinner, we had Creamy Mushroom Pasta from plantyou, p. 138.  To call it creamy is complete and utter bullshit.  Gritty would be a better description.  Bland would be another description.  It's hard to mess up a pasta dish with mushrooms, but this recipe managed to do so.  Rating:  1 out of 5.  I wouldn't eat this again.  Ever.  Too bad too.  This is the 100-year anniversary of Robert Goddard's famous first successful liquid-fueled rocket flight on March 16, 1926.
