 Dinner tonight was Garlic Lovers’ Vegan Alfredo from plantyou, p. 136.  This is yet another recipe that calls itself something it isn't at all.  There is no Alfredo.  The sauce is a watery garlic sauce that doesn't even taste good (and it's really hard to screw up garlic).  I'm so sick of these damned recipe authors lying.  It isn't even that healthy due to the noodles.  I wouldn't want to eat this garbage again.  Rating:  1 out of 5.
