 For dinner today we had Beaming Burrito Bowl from plantyou p. 116.  It was pretty tasty.  There were enough different flavors and textures to make it interesting.  My favorite part was the yams.  They were slightly overcooked, crunchy, with a hint of smoky flavor.  The fake cheese was the worst part.  It was OK.  Overall, I would rate this a 4 or a 5 out of 5.  I could eat it about once a month.
