Tonight for dinner, we had Sweet Potato Tacos from Plantifully Lean, p. 115, with Masa Cakes from Plantifully Lean, p. 116.  Megan made the shells a different way, with water, and it made them really rubbery, like the skin of a cadaver.  It was gross.  The raspberry/applesauce dressing was horrible.  It was very sour and hard to eat.  I think it was designed to give it a burst of flavor, but this made it far worse.  We'd have to completely redesign this or skip it entirely.    The rest was OK, but nothing remarkable.  We've had much better healthy tacos.  I would rate this a 2 or 3 out of 5.  I doubt I would want to eat it again.

The masa cakes were pretty bland.  We didn't use them on the tacos.  They fell apart too easily and were a huge mess.  I wouldn't make them again.  Rating 1 out of 5.
