For dinner tonight we had Three Goddesses Salad from Be a Plant Based Woman Warrior, p.147.  We used one of these balsamic vinegars on it.  They are made locally and are very good.  They cost about $17 a bottle but are worth it.  The salad was amazing.  Full of flavor, plenty of crunch, and lots of variety.  I could eat this once a week.  I would rate it a 5 out of 5.
