Our breakfast this morning was Pan-Toasted Pepita Granola from Be a Plant-Based Woman Warrior, p. 55.  We added some fruit to it, blueberries and home-canned peaches.  I posted pictures of what it looks like plain and with the fruit.  Plain, it was very bland and had a slightly noticeable aftertaste.  I would rate it a 3 out of 5 if eaten this way.  With fruit, it was much better.  This way, I would rate it a 4 out of 5.  Megan didn't put in the dried fruit it called for.  With that, it would be better still.  Dried cranberries, cherries, raisins, etc., would all be great.
