Tonight we had Easy Elegant Steak Salad from What to Cook When You Don’t Feel Like Cooking p. 66. This is a flavorful recipe. While not strictly healthy (it has prosciutto in it), the rest of the ingredients are pretty healthy, with the exception of the steak of course. Overall, it was delicious, with the dates providing some sweetness, the pine nuts adding flavor and crunch, and the prosciutto adding saltiness. I would rate this a 5 out of 5. It is easy to make. I would definitely have it again.
