 Tonight we had Easy Black Beet Burgers.  This was a Dr. Fuhrmann recipe.  I'm not a fan of beets, so I didn't expect to like this one.  Although the beet flavor wasn't strong all of the time, it was strong enough that it made it hard for me to eat it.  I would not make it again.  Rating:  1 out of 5.
