Tonight we had Lentil Walnut Vegan Taco Salad in a Crispy Tortilla Bowl.  This is a recipe that we got from Brenda.  It was delicious!  It tasted almost like real taco salad.  The sour cream and salsa really helped add flavor and richness.  I liked it better with the tortilla shell than without.  I would rate this a 5 out of 5 and could eat this regularly.
