Tonight for dinner we had Traditional Chicken Cacciatore from The Complete Low-Carb Cookbook & Charred Green Beans from George Stella's Still Livin' Low Carb.  Megan left the blacked spice off of the green beans which made them a lot better.  I would rate them a 5 out of 5.  The Chicken Cacciatore was pretty good, probably a 4 out of 5, but it was a little sweet and needed more mushrooms, less Italian seasoning and fewer tomatoes.
