Tonight for dinner we had Chicken Marsala from The Complete Low-Carb Cookbook with Asparagus and Gorgonzola Gratin from the same cookbook. These two go well together. I've had Chicken Marsala before and I didn't like it very well. It had an odd flavor to it, maybe cinnamon? Anyway, this was much, much better. It was delicious! I could eat this regularly. I would rate it a 5 out of 5! Here is how I would change it. Add more mushrooms, more onions, and more sauce. Also, try using skinless, boneless thighs. That might make it more tender. We've had the Asparagus and Gorgonzola Gratin before and it's great!
