 This morning for breakfast we had Dutch Baby Pancakes.  You can find the recipe here:  https://www.thekitchn.com/how-to-make-a-dutch-baby-pancake-227629  They are a light, fluffier version of a pancake and easy to make.  I would rate them 5 out of 5.  I like regular pancakes better, but these are quite good.
