Tonight we had Lemon Farrow Bowl with Avocado (above) & Chicken Parmesan Wraps (below).  Both are from the 30-Minute Mediterranean Diet Cookbook.  The Lemon Farrow bowl was pretty good.  Tasty.  A little on the bland side, but not in a bad way.  I would rate it a 4 out of 5.  Farrow is an interesting grain that I could eat regularly.

The Chicken Parmesan Wraps were delicious.  Very flavorful and with good crunch.  I would rate these a 5 out of 5.  The two went pretty well together.
