Tonight for dinner we had Easy Cheesy Chili Chicken from Eating Stella Style p. 154 & Jimaca Slaw from the same book p. 118. The chicken was delicious. Lots of flavor and slightly different than regular cooked chicken. I would rate it a 5 out of 5. The slaw wasn't very good. The vinegar was overpowering. Megan left a few ingredients out (our bean sprouts had gone bad) and she didn't let it sit for 2 hours like she was supposed to, but I don't think that would have made too much of a difference. I would rate it a 2 out of 5.
