Tonight we had Garlic-Asparagus Israeli Couscous from the 30-Minute Mediterranean Diet Cookbook & Prosciutto Lettuce Tomato Avocado Sandwiches from the same cookbook.

The couscous was OK but bland.  It needed something to give it more flavor.  I would rate it a 2 or 3 out of 5.

The sandwich was better.  It had a lot of crunch and some good flavor.  It wasn't very filling.  I could have easily eaten another half or more.  Rating:  4 out of 5.
