Tonight for dinner we had Lebanese Rice and Broken Noodles with Cabbage from the 30-Minute Mediterranean Diet Cookbook & Orange and Garlic Shrimp from the same book.  The rice wasn't very good.  Bland.  Not bad.  Just not good either.  I would rate it a 2 out of 5.

The Garlic Shrimp didn't really taste of garlic much at all and the orange was overpowering the subtle shrimp flavor.  Next time, I think I would make this more like a shrimp scampy with garlic and butter.  Rating:  3 out of 5.
