Today Megan made Zucchini Parmesan Saute from the Still Livin' Low Carb cookbook.  This was a good recipe but we have to be sure to cook the zucchini enough.  It's also important not to get too much Parmesan cheese on it (or at least not too much of the shitty cheap style we used.  Good stuff would be a different story).  Overall I would rate this veggie dish a 4 or 5 out of 5.  The Chicken recipe we've had before and we like it.
