 We had Dry Rubbed Barbecue Spareribs from the Low-Carb Essentials Cookbook with Roasted Broccolini from the same cookbook for dinner tonight.  Both were good and went together well.  The spareribs were not fantastic.  I have better rubs and better sauces, but this one is low in sugar and somewhat healthy and considering it as such it was flavorful.  I would eat it again.  Rating:  4 out of 5.

The broccoli was mildly sweet and tangy from balsamic vinegar.  It was an interesting way to eat broccoli that I didn't think I would like.  I would rate the broccoli a 4 out of 5, possibly a 5 out of 5.
