Tonight for dinner we had Jamaican Jerk Boneless Ribs from Low-Carb Essentials Cookbook.  It was very tender and tasted pretty good (if a little bland) but it took 2 hours and 20 minutes to cook which was far too long for most nights.  I think I would put it in a crockpot next time.  Rating:  4 out of 5.
