Dinner tonight was Tequila Marinated London Broil from the Still Lovin’ Low Carb cookbook.  I'm usually not a big fan of teriyaki, but this wasn't too strong.  We were supposed to use London Broil, but this was Sirloin (prime).  It was very tender.  A little salty due to the teriyaki.  I liked how you could taste the Tequila.  Rating:  5 out of 5.
