Tonight for dinner we had Skillet Chicken With Black Beans, Rice, and Chiles.  This is a recipe we got from the NY Times.  It was pretty good but lacked some flavor.  Megan didn't use chicken with skin on it and I'm sure that made a difference.  She also forgot the lime and that certainly changed the flavor.  I would add a bit more beans next time.  I would rate this a 4 or 5 out of 5.
