Tonight we had Grilled Herbed Sirloin from Still Livin’ Low Carb cookbook for dinner. It was basically a big ol' piece of prime sirloin. Normally I prefer a nicer cut of meat but this was a very good one. Very tasty! About an inch and a half thick too. Good flavor and easy to prepare. I could eat this weekly. Rating 5 out of 5.
