For dinner tonight we had Grilled Ginger Pork Tenderloin from Still Lovin’ Low Carb cookbook with Cauliflower Rice Pilaf from the same cookbook. The pork was a little on the bland side, but not in a bad way. Just a hint of sweetness and the ginger wasn't overpowering like ginger can be (just ask Gilligan). It was very moist. I would rate it a 5 out of 5. The cauliflower wasn't bad either. It had turmeric in it which made it have more flavor. I would rate it a 4 out of 5.
