Tonight we had Sheperd's Pie from the Still Livin’ Low Carb cookbook and Charred Green Beans from the same cookbook.  They both were very good.  Wifey made some modifications to them, however.  She added carrots and onions to the shepherd's pie and didn't put blacken spice on the beans.  The pie was made from cauliflower and had cream cheese in it.  It was surprisingly like mashed potatoes.  I'm not a fan of cauliflower usually, but this was very tasty.  I would rate it a 5 out of 5.  The beans were equally tasty.  Full of flavor.  They were a bit undercooked.  I would also rate them a 5 out of 5.  Both of these recipes are keepers and they went well together.
