 Tonight we had Skillet Meat Pizza from Still Lovin’ Low Carb cookbook for dinner. The top picture is how they recommend making it. The bottom is with veggies added. I think it is much better with the veggies. This pizza uses ground beef as the "crust". It was pretty good but a bit weird with a meat crust. Very simple. It was easy and quick to make. Rating: 4 out of 5.
