Tonight we had Buffalo Baked Chicken with Gorgonzola Cream Sauce from Still Lovin’ Low Carb cookbook.  It wasn't very good.  The flavors were quite odd.  The gorgonzola/mayonnaise sauce was too strong.  The pork rinds that they use for crunch tasted like...pork rinds, unfortunately. I doubt I would make this again, but if I did I would switch to a butter gorgonzola sauce and drop the pork rinds.  Rating:  2 out of 5.
