This is one of the best meals Megan has ever made us.  I thought the meat would be the best part.  I was wrong.  The meat was very good, but man the asparagus was amazing!  The meat was from a New York Times recipe I found called Pork Chops in Lemon-Caper Sauce.  It can be found here.  The port chops were very good as was the sauce.  I like capers.  It smelled wonderful.  I thought there was a bit too much lemon in it.  Megan thought it was just right.  I would like to try it with a bit less to see if brings out the other flavors more.  The Asparagus is Asparagus and Gorgonzola Gratin from The Complete Low Carb Cookbook.  Wow-o-wow was it good!  Garlic & Butter with gorgonzola on it made it really tasty.  I would rate both a 5 and I have to say the asparagus is my new favorite vegetable recipe.  I could eat it once a week!
