Tonight for dinner we had Foolproof Roast Beef from The Complete Low Carb Cookbook and Sesame and Spice Broccoli from the same cookbook.  Both were good.  We used a crockpot to cook the roast beef.  It tasted just like the way we normally make roast beef, so nothing special there.  It was very good.  I would rate it a 5 out of 5.

The Broccoli was a little oddly flavored but good too.  I'm not a huge fan of Sriracha sauce which it has in it.  Sriracha just isn't hot enough for me.  The flavors were OK and it was kind of different.  I would rate it a 3 out of 5.
