Wifey made Buckwheat and 3-Seed Granola for breakfast today.  It took about an hour to cook, so it isn't something you can make quickly.  The flavor was a little different, but kind of interestingly different.  It isn't something I would want to have all the time, but once in a while would be OK.  It had a lot of crunch and a mild sweet flavor.  Rating:  3 out of 5.
