For dinner tonight we had Peanut Noodles with Broccoli (above) and Asian Vegetable Salad (below).  Both are from the Forks Over Knives cookbook.  The noodle dish was pretty tasty.  I could eat this regularly.  It was quick and easy to make too.  I would rate it a 4 out of 5.  The salad was kind of bland.  Not bad, just not as flavorful as I would like.  I would rate it a 3 out of 5.
