 For breakfast today we had Stove Top Granola from the Forks Over Knives Cookbook.  This was a pretty basic, but tasty granola.  Easy to make.  It used a different kind of sugar, brown rice syrup.  Personally, I don't see the need for these different styles of sugar.  Apart from honey, sugar is sugar.  I found this to be slightly sweet.  I might reduce the sugar slightly.  The dried fruit, like the apricots, were very good.  Megan added some walnuts which were good too.  I might add Almonds next time as well.  I would rate this a 4 or 5 out of 5.  I liked the Nutritarian granola better and think it was healthier, but this made a nice change and I could eat it regularly.  We had it with fruit as pictured below.
