For breakfast this morning we had fruit crepes from the China Study Cookbook. These were really good. Megan found them very frustrating to cook. They take time and patience to let them cook enough so you can flip them. They were good with or without the peanut butter. I'd rate these a 5 out of 5. They satiate the pancake-like craving and yet are very healthy. Plus, the recipe is a quick and easy one (except for the cooking).
