Tonight we had Greek Salad with Tofu "Feta".  Feta, it ain't.  I call bullshit on the air quotes feta.  This is another China Study Cookbook recipe.  This wasn't the worst thing we've had but it certainly wasn't good.  I wouldn't eat it again.  Rating:  2 out of 5 (and that is without the cucumbers.  If it had had them, it would have been 1 out of 5.
