For dinner tonight we had taco bar, Tomatillo Tackle from the China Study cookbook.  It was AWFUL!  I would rate it a 1 or a 2 out of 5.  The "cheese sauce" was horrible.  The tomatillo was even worse.  Hell, just refried beans, avocado and green peppers taste better.  Never again...
