We had Tofu Scramble for breakfast today. This is a recipe from the China Study cookbook. It was pretty good but had too much seasoning. I would cut back some so it isn't so heavy next time. While this was pretty good, scrambled eggs are better. I would rate this a 4 out of 5.
For dinner, we had Asian Noodle Salad from the China Study cookbook. It was good but needed more crunch and more dressing. With some work, this could be a 5 out of 5. Adding some protein would be good. As it is, it gets a rating of 4 out of 5.
