Tonight for dinner we had Masala's Chickpeas from the China Study Cookbook. This recipe wasn't very good. I was able to choke down about half of it. I'm not generally a fan of chickpeas. The sauce had a decent flavor and I added some red pepper flakes to give it more flavor. Still, I would only rate this a 2 out of 5. Not that great.
