We had Black Bean Chipotle Burgers for dinner tonight.  This is a recipe from the China Study Cookbook.  Megan and I both really liked it. It is one of the best, most flavorful burgers we have tried.  It comes with three sauces, all of which are tasty.  I used some Grey Poupon on my burger and that gave it more zing.  Megan said it was relatively easy to make.  Rating:  5 out of 5!
