 Tonight for dinner we had two more dishes from the China Study Cookbook.  The first was Nutty Noodles with Vegetables.  It was pretty good.  It had a Pad Tai flavor to it but it needed more peanut butter.  I would rate it a 4 out of 5.

The second thing we had for dinner was Asian Ginger Cabbage Salad.  It was a little bland.  It needed something more to give it more flavor.  I'm not sure what.  The peanuts on it weren't very good.  They were also bland.  I would rate it a 3 out of 5.  With work, it could be much better.  Both of these recipes are from the China Study Cookbook.
