Today for breakfast we had G-Mom's Daily Fruit Oatmeal.  This is my new favorite oatmeal.  It was very, very good.  I could eat this at least once a week.  Score:  5 out of 5!  The recipe was from the China Study Cookbook (as is the one below).




For dinner last night we had Pecan Ball Subs and for lunch today.  Last night we had it on Artisan Rolls from Costco (below).  While these tasted great, they aren't as healthy as the Sandwich Thins (above) we used to make it on today for lunch.  The Artisan rolls were heavy and I felt bloated after eating dinner.  With the Sandwich Thins that feeling was still there but not as bad.  In fact, the worst thing about this meal was that it feels pretty heavy.  I think if I was going to have it again, I would have a small spinach salad with it and maybe fruit for dessert.  Then it would be more complete and healthier.  Rating:  3 out of 5.  Tasted pretty good if you like meatball sandwiches.  They aren't my thing all that much and it was pretty messy but did taste surprisingly good.  It was also from the China Study Cookbook.
