Tonight we had Chickpea Avocado Toast for dinner.  It wasn't very good at all.  Sour without much of any other flavor.  No complexity of flavor.  Poor texture.  If you like chickpeas, you might like it, but it was way too basic and just not interesting.  I would not make this again.  Rating:  2 out of 5.
