Tonight we had Meat-Lovers Beef, Bean and Mushroom Burgers. They were really good! There isn't much meat in this but there is enough to give it a meat flavor. I would eat these any time. This is my new favorite burger on this eating plan. My wife used Pinto Beans instead of Kidney Beans. We much prefer Pintos. She also used red quinoa. I'm not sure if that mattered or not, but these burgers were really good. Rating: 5 out of 5!
