Tonight we had Broccoli Chickpea Salad for dinner.  I didn't think I was going to like it.  It looked suspiciously bad, but I was wrong.  It had a lemon dressing that made it pretty good!  I would rate this a 4 out of 5 and could eat it once in a while.  Certainly not my favorite, but I could eat it so I consider that a win!
