Tonight for dinner we had Lentil Walnut Vegan Taco Salad in Crispy Tortilla Bowl.  Whew!  That's a long name.  It was pretty good.  I would rate it about a 4 or 5.  Probably a 4.  I kept burping it up (kind of like a Costco hotdog) for the next few hours afterward, but it tasted pretty good in spite of that.  The homemade bowls were better than the store bought.  I might add some more veggies to this next time like green onions and bell peppers.
