Tonight we had Teff Burgers for dinner.  In case you don't know what Teff is, it is a whole grain that is kind of hard to come by.  We had to buy our's online, I think it was at Amazon.  There wasn't any locally, including our health food store.  

These burgers were very good!  Maybe the best burger yet.  I liked them as well, maybe better than the Asian burgers.  They needed to be cooked a bit more.  They were really squishy and fell apart easily.  I would definitely make these again!
