Well, it has been a long time since I have posted.  My summer was hectic and I wasn't on diet most of the summer.  I haven't weighed myself for probably about two months.  At my weigh in this morning, I weighed 252.6 lbs.  That's up by a little over 5 lbs since back in June.  Not bad for being off diet most of the summer, but the bad news is that I've climbed up almost 20 lbs since my low of about 232 lbs back in October of last year.  I'm going to try to eat on diet more and get some of the weight off again.  Now that we are back in school and will be home reliably without company coming that don't/won't eat on this diet, it should be easier, but I'm concerned about fall/winter.  Last year it got hard to stay on diet when it got cold because frankly the winter recipes just aren't that good.  We'll see how it goes.
