We had Kale and Red Cabbage Salad with Apples and Dried Cherries for dinner tonight. It has kale in it so I expected I would hate it. I was pleasantly surprised! It was good! It has a nice crunch to it and a burst of flavor. I would use slightly less red onion next time. Rating: 4 out of 5.
