I forgot to weigh myself last weekend.  This weekend when I weighed in, I was up 0.6 lbs.  I was hoping I would be down a bit, but we ate off diet several times in the past two weeks due to workload and so it isn't surprising I was higher.  Weight was 244.1 lbs.  BMI:  34.2 and Fat Mass of 39.6%.
